Someone please tell me truthfully, how can I lose weight? I already eat about half the burgers that I used to, switched to diet soda and drink enough caffeine to make a racehorse nervous. In my coffee, I use skim milk, which is disgusting. And I switched from 3 beers to one whiskey. What else can I do? How can I ever achieve quick weight loss?
